Renaix turns critical workflows into production AI systems: connected to real operations, governed, and operated over time. We work with founder-led and mid-size companies whose most consequential work is trapped across documents, spreadsheets, systems, and manual judgment.
How we work
Renaix is AI-native by construction. The firm runs on the same class of production systems it sells, and every engagement is delivered by senior judgment with curated specialists engaged by scope: security review, data and integration engineering, domain accounting or legal expertise, interface design. One accountable executive lead from diagnosis through operation, never an anonymous delivery team.
Why lean wins
A large delivery organization has a bench, and a bench must stay billable. Renaix has no bench, so there is no reason to staff up your project, stretch your timeline, or sell you hours. Seniority replaces headcount: you get experienced judgment applied directly to your workflow, with nothing lost between the people who scope the work and the people who deliver it.

Leadership
Renaix was founded by Sergio Barguilla, who has spent more than 20 years operating digital businesses: hired by trivago's founder at around 200 people and serving through the NASDAQ IPO while building its B2B line to €15M ARR, running a 40-person organization with full P&L as Managing Director at Sygic through the founder's exit, and operating a navigation business with 500,000+ monthly users and €7M in annual revenue through its post-acquisition integration. He leads Renaix engagements personally: diagnosis, architecture, build, and operation.
Built the way we advise
The first Renaix production system was delivered exactly this way: a governed finance system spanning two legal entities and 669 source documents, with 279 of 284 bank transactions matched to the cent, designed, built, and operated in production by the firm described on this page.
